Jim Albertson's real estate and auction career has spanned four decades. As an auctioneer, as a top volume commercial real estate broker, as a corporate real estate executive, as an award winning residential broker and as a successful new home development, sales and marketing specialist, Jim has shown his ability to produce results through his market knowledge, his technical real estate and auction expertise and his on-hands experience. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree from Emporia State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Kansas and Missouri and earned his Colonel designation as a Graduate of the Missouri Auction School. Jim has been honored with several professional designations awarded by the National Association of Home Builders in New Home Sales and Marketing (CSP, CMP, CAASH, CAPS).

As a real estate broker and auctioneer, Jim has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions, from residential resale and new home sales and marketing to commercial investment sales, major office leases, industrial development and sales, retail development and sales, multifamily sales and land brokerage as well as the sale of foreclosed real estate assets for the Federal Government and community banks.

Jim's specialty has been with problem properties. While serving as the North Central Regional Auction Coordinator for the Resolution Trust Corporation in the early '90's Jim was responsible for the disposition of thousands of assets from hundreds of failed Savings and Loan institutions. From that time till now, Jim has earned his reputation for developing creative solutions to problems with real estate projects and properties that provide property owners, developers, investors, builders and lenders positive outcomes.

In addition to his auction and REO activities, Jim continues to work in traditional real estate assisting buyers and sellers with residential and commercial real estate brokerage services.
